MISE A JOUR (voir plus bas) Nous avions un rendez-vous le 26 novembre à 13 h avec M. C. Celui-ci nous a appelés pour proposer de passer plus tôt en raison d’une annulation. Comme nous travaillons tous les deux à l’extérieur, nous avions précisément réservé notre après-midi pour être disponibles à 13 h. Sans nous laisser le temps de confirmer si nous pouvions avancer l’heure, M. C a immédiatement attribué le créneau à un autre client et a déplacé notre rendez-vous au lendemain. Malheureusement, il nous était impossible d’y assister. Nous sommes déçus par ce manque de considération et de flexibilité, surtout sachant que nous avions organisé nos horaires en fonction du rendez-vous initial. J'aimerais ajouter aujourd'hui que M. Patrice, directeur du service, a pris les choses en main après avoir eu vent de la situation. Il nous a offert un excellent service et il est tres connaissant. I contacted Toitures LV—as they were recommended on the Velux website as experts for installing their products. We quickly arranged a date for the inspection and measurements so that we could get an accurate quote for the condo association. Christopher showed up on time and went on the roof to take photos and measure the two skylights, and at the same time he did a quick inspection of the roof. We spoke briefly before he left about what we could expect, and how the timeline for the ordering, removal and installation would happen. I’d say within a few hours of his visit we had a couple of very professional quotes in our hands to present to the condo association. Christopher followed up, answered all of our questions and concerns, and generally made himself completely accessible to make us comfortable with the process. We placed our order and were then contacted by Juan (the Project Manager) to choose a date for the installation that worked for both condo owners, the installation crew and the weather… it was a very quick, smooth process. The installation crew showed up, and within a few short hours we both had our new skylights and blinds installed. The whole experience was great. When you’re spending a significant amount of money, and someone will be working on a big hole in your roof, it has the potential to be pretty stressful. But I can tell you that Christopher, Juan and the installation crew made the whole experience easy.
